Rani Fischer

Rani Fischer has been the organist at St. Bede’s Episcopal Church in Menlo Park, CA, for fifteen years. She has studied with Betty Lou Johnson, Larry Schipull, Grant Moss, Margaret Irwin-Brandon, and graduated from the Longy School of Music where she studied under Peter Sykes. She has served on the board of the Boston Clavichord Society, is a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians, and is the acting dean of the Palo Alto/Peninsula Chapter of the AGO. Apart from St. Bede’s, she maintains a piano studio, teaches mathematics at the College of San Mateo and De Anza College, and is active with the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society in promoting dark-sky ordinances. Currently she is the volunteer coordinator for the 2024 AGO National Convention in San Francisco, June 30-July 4. If you happen to be going and wish to help her out, please fill out this form.
